Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to work with us full-time in a remote setup for our US-based client. For this role we only process candidates that are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

- Governance platform: Imagine recreating nation state governance from scratch with AI built in. Imagine an App Store which allows you to smoothly integrate to your community with payments your own stablecoin to power your own economy.
- Community Platform: A web application with subscription management event booking/hosting member directory referral systems accounting and much more.
- Web3 Integration: Wallet authentication blockchain credentials and crypto-native features is the task today having a governance and administration system for a new and emerging society is next up.
- Physical-Digital Bridge: Features connecting real-world access with digital memberships and blockchain verification
- Co-Living Integration: We just added Co-Living to our product line and it needs to be tightly integrated into the stack.

The Role
Youll be a senior frontend engineer working on our PWA and community platform built with Qwik and own significant parts of the frontend architecture from complex state management to performance optimization. Youll work closely with our CTO and backend team and leverage modern AI coding tools to ship fast while maintaining high code quality.

- 5 years of professional frontend development
- Expert-level React - Hooks context performance optimization rendering behavior
- experience - App Router Server Components routing data fetching
- TypeScript mastery - Complex types generics type inference
- UX expertise - you build beautiful fast reactive responsive and just fun to use apps
