Project & Operation Manager (Japanese Native Speaker)

Salary Range: Up to 80000 THB
About the Role
The Project & Operation Manager will manage both project delivery and operational processes leading Japanese and Thai teams to ensure business targets and service quality are met. This role suits an experienced leader with a strong background in IT services and bilingual communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects and operational functions.
- Manage cross-cultural teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service improvement plans.
- Lead meetings negotiations and reporting with Japanese stakeholders.
- Align operational performance with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications & Experience
- Native Japanese speaker with English communication ability in business settings.
- 7 years of experience in IT operations service delivery or project management.
- Proven team management and client engagement experience.
- Business experience in cloud infrastructure or IT solutions preferred.
- Strong problem-solving planning and interpersonal skills.
