Job Summary
Salary: Up to $4000 OT
Working hours: 9hr/12hr Daily (4 Days off/Mth)
Location: Pasir Ris/Tanjong Pagar
Jobscope:
- Oversee daily restaurant activities opening service and closing procedures
- Ensure food quality presentation and service standards are maintained
- Recruit train schedule and supervise restaurant staff
- Manage budgets control costs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Track daily sales expenses and profits
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management or owners
Requirement:
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
