What Youll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations of our live casino studio in Belgrade
Lead a multidisciplinary team: presenters shufflers technical and production staff
Manage scheduling staffing and shift planning to ensure 24/7 live operations
Coordinate with creative compliance and operations teams to ensure high-quality show delivery
Monitor KPIs (performance production quality) and implement improvements
Drive studio growth initiatives including new game formats and language offerings
Maintain a safe efficient and professional studio environment ensuring adherence to regulatory standards

Who You Are

Experienced in managing live broadcast or iGaming production teams
Strong leadership and communication skills you inspire coach and motivate
Highly organized with a track record of delivering on operations and scheduling
Strategic thinker able to balance creative ambitions with operational realities
Fluent in English; knowledge of Serbian is a plus
Passionate about the iGaming industry and committed to delivering exceptional player experiences
