What Youll Do

• Lead coach and mentor a team of Turkish game presenters to deliver engaging and professional live broadcasts
• Manage shift scheduling staffing levels and presenter rotations to support continuous 24/7 studio operations
• Collaborate with production content and operations to ensure smooth show flow pacing and high-quality engagement
• Monitor presenter performance provide constructive feedback and support professional development
• Develop and implement training programs and onboarding for new presenters to optimize their performance
• Contribute to launching new game formats and Turkish-language shows bringing creativity and innovation to the table

Who You Are

• Experienced in live game presentation broadcasting or entertainment leadership
• Fluent in Turkish with strong English (or Serbian) communication skills
• Strong leadership and team-building skills motivated to inspire and grow talent
• Excellent organizational skills with experience in staff management and shift planning
• Proactive dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced shift-based live environment
• Passionate about iGaming and delivering outstanding player experiences
