Troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance for flawless execution under pressure
Scale AV infrastructure in line with studio growth and technical innovation
Mentor and lead a talented AV team fostering professional growth and technical competency
Research and implement cutting-edge AV technologies standards and workflows

Who You Are

Proven expertise in live production broadcast or event-based AV environments
Strong technical knowledge: signal routing video switching lighting and broadcast audio
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills capable of guiding a team through complex projects
