Job Title: French Customer Service Representative Porto

Location: Porto Portugal On-site

Job Description:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative already based in Porto to join our international team. You will provide high-quality support to customers via phone email or chat ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries in French (and occasionally in English)
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain a friendly empathetic and professional attitude
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Native or fluent French speaker
Good command of English (B1 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Must already be residing in Porto
