Were hiring a Customer Support Representative (French) to join our on-site team in Porto Portugal. This role offers the chance to support one of Europes most recognized telecom brands while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

What Youll Do
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding subscriptions billing and technical issues.
Provide clear friendly and professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Offer personalized solutions during each interaction.
Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy.

What You Bring
French Native or strong C2 level.
No previous experience required full training provided.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Availability to work on rotating shifts (Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 19:00).
