Educational Requirement:

College graduate

Work Experience:

4 to 6 years of total professional experience including 2 to 3 years specializing in high-volume sourcing and corporate recruitment or possessing relevant equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for professional services
Work with recruiting team members and hiring manager to develop implement and execute hiring strategy for requisitions
Identify trends and make recommendations to staying ahead of competition in attraction of top talent
Work collaboratively within recruiting team including sourcers and recruiting coordinators
Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates in support of business requirements
