Job Description:
We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will be responsible for assisting customers via phone email or chat providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries in Croatian (and occasionally in English)

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:

Native or fluent Croatian speaker

Good level of English (B1 or higher)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Previous customer service experience is a plus

EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
