Job Summary
Work Qualifications:
- Computer Skills: Must be able to use common office software systems.

- Prioritize tasks to support production.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written with coworkers vendors and customers.
- Strong attention to details especially with data entry inspections and inspection reports.
- Diligent in researching all requirements using all resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of incoming parts.
- Review material certifications and verify conformance to customer specifications.
- Download temperature recorders and calculate transit time and remaining out life.
- Contact Royals Supply Chain purchases and the customer as discrepancies arise.
- Maintain records of receipt using the scanner.
- Verify clerical computations against physical count of receipt and investigate and report reasons for discrepancies.
- Complete ERP transactions to receive supplies into inventory.
- Perform in-process and final inspections as needed.
- Assist Contracts Administrator in the RMA process.
