Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Underwrite and analyze risks for both new and renewal SME business in according to the companys guideline
Develop and maintain good relationship with our producers in support of business retention and acquisition
Develop new business opportunities of targeted business; obtain necessary underwriting information and promote satisfactory service
Exercise interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all levels of producers customers and staff within Chubb
Support other ad-hoc business assignments and projects as required
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelors degree holder in any discipline
At least 3 years of underwriting experience in Property & Casualty preferably in SME business
Proactive independent self-motivated with strong interpersonal skill
Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment and promote high morale within the team
Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Highly PC literate in Microsoft Word Excel etc.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as SME Assistant Underwriter
