About the role

Due to rapid growth were looking to fill multiple vacancies in our highly successful Property team in Adelaide to work across a diverse range of clients and matters. Youll be involved in:

• Commercial industrial and retail leasing matters
• Sales and acquisitions of office retail industrial and agricultural properties
• Residential and mixed-use developments including strata and community titles
• Property aspects of aged care retirement childcare and social housing projects
• Broader agribusiness and renewable project matters

About you

To succeed in this role you will have at least 4 years post-admission experience in property law and bring:

• Strong transactional experience
• Familiarity with development work and property-related agreements
• A commercial and practical mindset to assist with negotiating complex agreements
• Strong drafting skills
• A collaborative approach and a team player mindset
