Job Summary
Parts Associate Homer Skelton Hyundai (Olive Branch MS)
Full-Time On-Site
Homer Skelton Hyundai is growing and were looking for a reliable motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter-person to join our Parts Department! If youre organized detail-oriented and enjoy helping both customers and technicians find exactly what they need we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts requests
Identify correct parts using electronic catalog systems
Process parts orders returns and exchanges
Maintain inventory accuracy and keep parts department organized
Receive and stock incoming parts shipments
Communicate effectively with service department and technicians
Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
Prepare and complete parts invoices
Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications:
Prior automotive parts experience preferred (Hyundai experience a plus)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and catalog system knowledge
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
