Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Mother Baby (CWR)
Location: Bricktown NJ
Pay Rate:
$70 - $74 per hour for (travel above 50 miles) / $2520 - $2664 weekly
$60 per hour local 2160 weekly
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a Mother Baby unit. This role includes evaluating patients supporting physicians and delivering high-quality evidence-based nursing care. The RN develops and implements individualized care plans performs therapeutic interventions and ensures accurate documentation aligned with clinical standards and patient acuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan implement and document nursing care based on patient needs.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and establish care priorities.
Develop coordinate and update individualized care plans.
Initiate assessments based on patient conditions physician diagnoses and functional health patterns.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage overall patient care.
Document patient care according to established standards of practice.
Advocate for and support evidence-based practice and innovative care delivery models.
Provide patient-centered care consistent with professional nursing practice standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of Mother Baby experience required.
Required Hard Skills: BSN NRP ACLS Advanced Fetal Monitoring/RELIAS.
Required Soft Skills: NCC certification.
Required Years of Experience: 5 years.
Preferred Years of Experience: 3 years.
Education:
Required: ASN
Preferred: BSN
Certifications & Licensure:
BLS (AHA)
NRP
Active NJ Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
Schedule & Additional Details:
- Hours Per Week: 36
Hours Per Day: 12
Days Per Week: 3
Shift: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
On-Call Requirement: 1 per contract
Float Requirement: Mother Baby
