Job Description

As the Senior Programmatic Manager reporting to the Programmatic Director using your existing ad operations and marketing skills you will help develop major client area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth this year and youll have the opportunity to influence our success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

You will optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms striving to refine tactics for our clients.
You will develop insights to inform our clients strategies.
You will partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.
Communicate with clients through written phone and in person communication.
The Senior Programmatic Manager will collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.
Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data.
You will engage deal economics media allocation and advertiser investment decisions.
You will mentor and educate junior staff as the business expands.

Qualifications

4 years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment
Knowledge of display advertising specifically real-time bidding ad networks demand site platforms attribution models and associated technologies specifically within the Google Marketing Platform
Experience with numerical detail and analysis
Advanced Excel skills are essential Macros & SQL capabilities
Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents
Demonstrate a structured way of working with the ability to cope with competing demands
Youll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies consulting and influencing.
Youll create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
