Salary - Salary Plan 28000.00 GBP AnnualWe are looking for an experienced People & Culture Assistant to provide administrative support across our People & Culture Workforce Data and Strategy teams. This role is a fixed-term contract of 6 months.
In this role you will work on three key areas:
Organisation Design - Provide high-quality administrative support for Organisation Design Culture and Values Employee Proposition and Change Management initiatives. Youll coordinate stakeholder communications manage meetings and workshops maintain project documentation and monitor progress against organisational goals.
HRIS and Data Management - Act as the first point of contact for our HRIS system supporting its implementation and ongoing development. Youll maintain data integrity assist with system enhancements and testing support reporting and analytics and ensure compliance with Data Protection and GDPR requirements.
General Administrative Support - Contribute to strategic People and Culture projects develop process documentation and standard operating procedures and provide administrative support across workforce teams including diary management presentation preparation and data collation.
At the RSC we embrace flexibility and offer hybrid working which means our teams come together when they need to collaborate. Although this role is contractually based at our Cambridge office you will be able to work from home within the UK with the expectation that you will attend the office as needed for your role. Previous experience in a People and Culture administrative role within a transformational environment; and a desire to progress a career within these specialist fields within People and Culture.
Excellent organisation time management skills and experience in prioritising changing workloads and working to deadlines across multiple people and culture disciplines.
A high degree of self-management and ability to use own initiative to manage the process of own workload.
Experience working with data systems inputting data reporting on data and maintaining systems; combined with the ability to learn new online systems and end-to-end processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential to be successful within this role.
Proficiency in understanding of how to present data and information in an impactful and easy to understand way.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven experience in collaborating efficiently with teams and stakeholders within the wider People and Culture Directorate and across the RSC to understand and drive business needs and longer-term goals.
A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
