You will take full ownership of a HubSpot database containing 70000 contacts to drive event attendance and commercial growth. By transforming raw data into actionable sales pipelines and tailored communication journeys you will play a pivotal role in scaling a mission-led business dedicated to changing how the world works.

What you will do:

Collaborate with event and partnership teams to develop compelling commercial packages that unlock new revenue streams for global summits.

The ideal candidate:

Extensive experience managing CRM systems specifically HubSpot within a high-growth conference exhibition or commercial marketing environment.
Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of converting complex datasets into clear high-performing sales opportunities.
A proactive and commercial mindset comfortable working across teams to build revenue-driving products and streamlined internal marketing cycles.
