Compensation: Competitive Production-Based (includes procedures performed by RDAs under supervision)

Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Excellence
Perform comprehensive pediatric dental exams and treatments
Supervise and guide RDAs in delivering patient care (X-rays sealants polishing etc.)
Provide Level I & II sedation when appropriate
Maintain high clinical standards while meeting production goals
2. Patient Experience
Deliver empathetic child-centered dental care
Communicate clearly with children and their parents
Aim for high patient satisfaction (target score: 90%)
3. Collaboration & Culture
Work closely with the Office Manager and team to foster our positive family-like culture
Participate in peer reviews chart audits and continuous improvement efforts
4. Safety & Compliance
Adhere to safety quality infection control and documentation standards
Refer patients appropriately to specialists when needed
5. Medication & Sedation Management
Prescribe medications and manage sedation procedures in line with licensing and safety protocols
Ensure proper documentation of controlled substances
6. Community & Education
Support dental health education and outreach within the local community
Qualifications
Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Specialization: Completed Pediatric Dentistry residency
Licensure: Active unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Texas
Certifications:
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Sedation Permit Level 2 (or higher)
Skills: Strong communication compassionate demeanor and a growth mindset
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
