Sweat Foundation is seeking an exceptional Head of B2B Sales to lead and scale the commercial side of our business. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for designing and executing our B2B sales strategy managing a high-performing sales team and driving revenue across our suite of advertising user-acquisition and token-launch products.
You will own the full commercial pipeline from positioning and pricing to forecasting and closing strategic deals with leading Web3 and consumer-tech projects. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership hands-on sales execution and team-management with a strong bias towards operating in fast-paced early-stage environments.
You will report directly to the CEO/Co-Founder and collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Operations to ensure Sweat continues to be the #1 distribution engine for consumer crypto projects.
1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Ownership
Own the full B2B revenue target for Sweat Wallets advertising and growth products
Identify new revenue opportunities based on client needs product data and market shifts.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Lead mentor and expand a team of BD Executives and Sales Ops specialists.
Build scalable processes for hiring onboarding training and performance management.
Coach the team on outbound strategy storytelling negotiation and closing.
3. Pipeline Development & Sales Execution
Oversee the development of scalable outbound engines (X/Twitter CRM Web3 data sources scraping lead-qualification systems).
Personally drive strategic high-value commercial deals with dApps and L1/L2 chains
Champion best practices in ICP scoring lead qualification CRM usage and reporting.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product to inform roadmap decisions through client feedback and data.
Partner with Marketing to create sales collateral case studies and narratives that convert.
6. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving consumer crypto landscape marketing trends and competitive tools.
Share insights with leadership to guide company strategy and product development.
Represent Sweat at key industry conferences acting as a senior face of the business.
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
Profound experience in digital sales (AdTech SaaS mobile advertising performance marketing or similar B2B environments).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading and developing a sales team (hiring coaching performance management).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical approach to pipeline management forecasting and performance optimization.
Genuine interest in Web3 supported by professional experience or hands-on personal projects.
Excels in high-velocity ambiguous settings and embraces rapid experimentation typical of early-stage and scale-up companies.
Nice to Have
Experience selling to growth marketing performance or BD teams in consumer tech or gaming.
Understanding of B2C user funnels retention CPA/CPC/CPM models or token-holder acquisition strategies.
Background in Web3 crypto dApps gaming or on-chain user acquisition.
Familiarity with marketing analytics attribution or campaign reporting.
Experience in public speaking and presenting at conferences industry events and webinars.
