Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training curricula in collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts
- Coordinate end-to-end training operations including session scheduling participant registration and venue logistics
- Manage training resource inventory (vehicles tools equipment parts manuals)
- Implement evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Track participant skill development and maintain comprehensive training records
- Support rollout of new training initiatives and provide operational guidance to stakeholders
- Optimize training quality through continuous improvement based on program evaluations.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Education Management or in a Technical filed (Electrical Mechanic or any other related filed) or a related field is often preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in training and development with a focus on technical training.
- Driving License.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness.
- Fluency in English and Dutch. One other language is required (German French Spanish Polish) at the level of B2 or above.
- Microsoft Word Excel. High level of Power Point creating skills.
