Are you a Biology ECT eager to begin your teaching journey in a supportive environment We are recruiting a passionate Biology Teacher for an ambitious and inclusive secondary school in Swindon starting January 2026. This is a full-time permanent role suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers.

About the Role
As a Biology ECT responsibilities include:
Teaching Biology and general Science across KS3 and KS4
Delivering practical and theoretical lessons
Assessing student progress and supporting achievement
Contributing to curriculum planning
Supporting enrichment such as science clubs and revision sessions
Fully participating in the ECT programme
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Biology or related discipline
PGCE with QTS
Biology Teacher (ECT welcome)
Salary
Paid to scale MPS
