Job Description – Fabrication Leader (Jakarta)
General
Be responsible for production management to deliver high quality and value-add products fast to satisfy our customers. Directing and organizing the manufacturing group into a cohesive unit with constant effort to improving fabrication technology is the goal.
The manager is a coach advisor machinist and planner neither a foreman nor supervisor. She/He will support and assist her/his members to reach the fabrication objectives.
Responsibility
- Establish and maintain EHS (Environment Health Safety) system in the factory.
- Make out the factory yearly sales plan align the company sales plan.
- Make out the factory capital investment plan manpower plan according to the sales plan and the equipment selection.
- Responsible for manufacturing technology (Process tooling and measurement tool) developing and standardization.
- Maintain and improve ISO-9000 and ISO14000 system of production.
- Quick response on quality complaints and monitor corrective action activities.
- Refer to financial statement make out the plan on cost control and reduction activities.
- Allocation of factory resources to ensure orders delivery on time.
- Work on inventory control and reduction activities.
- Make out productivity improvement plan and organize improvement activities
- Establish and implement TPM in the factory.
- Maintenance SS-MFG (ERP system) in factory.
- Organize the training and sharing of fabrication technology Process control machine setup and team improvement activities.
- Empower factory staff do team improvement activities.
- Develop the performance measurement of productivity and establish development plans for staff.
Requirements
- With a set of leadership skills who can manage a team of 10 up to 20 people and get them to work as a team.
- Knowledge of fabrication equipment and manufacturing methods. Ability to develop machining layout and tool independently.
- Knowledge of modern production principles (LEAN 5S etc.) and modern quality systems (ISO TQM SPC etc.)
- Skills to solve complex issues and problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office and ERP system
Qualification
B.E Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Production with min 5 years’ experience in precision products manufacturing
Due to the nature of the variety of assignments we seek a diligent dedicated and meticulous person. Clear organizational skills are required. The individual must plan his/her own work schedule keep multiple records be self-motivated coordinate work with others maintain a professional presence and have the desire to take ownership.
