We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing vehicle dents dings and hail damage using specialized paintless dent repair tools and techniques while maintaining the vehicles original factory finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality paintless dent repair (PDR) on customer vehicles including small dents dings and hail damage.
- Inspect and assess damage to determine appropriate repair methods.
- Use specialized PDR tools to access and remove dents without affecting paintwork.
- Ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards for safety and quality.
- Communicate with service advisors estimators and customers regarding repair status and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and care for company tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to overall team success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician (minimum 23 years preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of PDR tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and high level of craftsmanship.
- Certification or formal training in PDR is a plus.
