Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to provide technical guidance and suggest improvements in development processes. Develop required software features achieving timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Participates in the entire software development cycle - requirements analysis design and development unit testing and documentation.
Responsible for long-term code reusability and stability
Proactively identifies security usability etc. issues and formulates strategies to resolve them.
Works independently without guidance with broader overview on the project
Takes ownership of the delivery of complex application features and resolves key technical issues related to the assigned project.
Complies with estimation process and is responsible for accurate personal estimates.
Develops required software features achieving timely and quality delivery.
Delivers training and participates in knowledge sharing.
Mentors new software engineers in the team
Integrates recent technologies.
Understands and follows the release processes in the company..

Mandatory Skill:

RESTful Webservices NoSQL & SQL
Strong MERN (Mongo DB Express React JS Node JS) full stack experience using Typescript.
Current designation in current org should be team lead/technical lead or Sr Software Engineer
Project leading & team management experience

Required Skills:

Technical SkillExperience in designing Java applications. Strong experience in creating front-end layers of software in Java technology: Java Spring boot Hibernate Spring - Expert understanding in SOA ESB Messaging Event Processing technologies - Experience with relational and non-relational dbs like SQL Server My SQL Casandra or Mongo Redis/mem-cached for implementing caching solutions - Experience in AGILE (SCRUM) methodology and ability to define product life cycle - Strong foundation knowledge around integration technologies such as MuleSoft Apache Storm Kafka etc. - Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences Secondary Skills: ----- Need to work closely with Business and Technical Stakeholders to understand the functional and non-functional requirements.
