Qualification & Skills:

Bachelors or Masters in Business analytics Data Science Mathematics Statistics or equivalent experience
5-6 years experience with Quantitative Modeling and Predictive or Forecasting Methodologies
Experienced with the application of statistics and data-analysis in a business environment (trend discovery and analysis correlation and pattern discovery text mining etc.)
Experience in data analytics advanced analytics data science or related field
Has advanced level experience using SQL (or Google Big Query) Python
Understands retail/CPG domain with experience on product transaction and customer level data
Strong interpersonal communications skills (verbal presentation and written)
Strong problem-solving skills analytical and inquisitive mindset
Focused on results and able to work closely with others in collaborative environment
Energetic & Self-Starting

Mandatory Skill:

Proficient with data discovery and exploration strong use of statistical analysis tools
Experience with machine learning AI advanced analytics techniques
Has intermediate to advanced level Tableau/Power BI experience in line with descriptive analytics
Has strong data structuring management harmonization and analysis experience
Builds end to end analytical solutions and business consumption oriented dashboards
Identifies insights from analyses and proposes recommendations or next best actions
Continues to expand and enhance his technical knowledge and skillset mentors junior team members and contributes to knowledge sharing and advancement in the org
Directly engages with clients across all project stages of discovery design delivery deployment

Required Skills:

Technical SkillExperience in designing Java applications. Strong experience in creating front-end layers of software in Java technology: Java Spring boot Hibernate Spring - Expert understanding in SOA ESB Messaging Event Processing technologies - Experience with relational and non-relational dbs like SQL Server My SQL Casandra or Mongo Redis/mem-cached for implementing caching solutions - Experience in AGILE (SCRUM) methodology and ability to define product life cycle - Strong foundation knowledge around integration technologies such as MuleSoft Apache Storm Kafka etc. - Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences Secondary Skills: ----- Need to work closely with Business and Technical Stakeholders to understand the functional and non-functional requirements.
