About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and creativeUI/UX Designerwith over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing engaging user-friendly interfaces across mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Photoshop possess a sharp eye for illustration and logo creation and have a passion for delivering exceptional visual experiences. This role also requires strong client communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:Design intuitive attractive and user-centered interfaces for bothmobile apps and websites.
Tool Proficiency:Create and manage design projects usingFigmaandPhotoshop ensuring design consistency and quality.
Branding & Visual Identity:Develop compellinglogosillustrations and other brand collateral to support marketing and product needs.
Video Creation:Produce engagingvideos or motion graphicsfor digital and product use as needed.
Client Interaction:Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements present concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:Collaborate with developers product managers and stakeholders;mentor junior designersand contribute to maintaining high design standards.
Multitasking:Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
Requirements:
Minimum4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
Expertise inFigmaAdobe Photoshop and design tools like Illustrator and After Effects (optional but preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design projects.
Experience inlogo designbranding andillustration.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and experience inclient handling.
Proven experience inleading design teams or mentoring.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with thelatest design practicesandability to adapt to modern design trends.
Knowledge of design systems and accessibility best practices.
