PT Industrial Cleaning Technician

• Clean and sanitize industrial equipment machinery and/or workspaces
• Sweep mop vacuum and remove debris from floors and surfaces
• Use industrial cleaning chemicals and tools safely and effectively
• Maintain restrooms break rooms and other common areas in a sanitary condition
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs
• Follow all safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the facilitys cleanliness

• Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals equipment and safe handling practices
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing bending lifting up to 35 lbs)
• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
• Understanding of safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must care about quality.
• Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.
• Must be reliable.
• Must have valid drivers license to drive around plant
• Must have steel toe shoes
• Must be able to work evenings
