As aGlobal ALCOperations SupportProfessional you willbe responsible forcoordinatingmaintainingand enhancing IT systems within an Advance Logistics Center (ALC) environment. Your role ensures seamless operation of hardware software and network systems while supporting critical warehouse processes such as Pick Pack and Ship. Working collaboratively with global support teams your contributions will be key in driving technical excellence and operational efficiency.
Your role:
Provide remote technical support for hardware softwareUPSand network systems within the ALCs globally working closely with the global Support teams and third-party providers.
ITSM Ticket management in line with agreed SLAs and ITIL standards
Troubleshoot Co-ordinate and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Co-ordinate the maintenance and monitoring of network & Server infrastructure and connectivity globally for ALCs.
Support the deployment ofnew technologiesandprocess-improvementsystems.
Ensure that the WMS and WCS applications are correctly configured user account management and the integration of new featuresmeetthe needs of the ALC team.
Technical and user support for WMS applications and satellite software with support from other Global support teams:
Coordinate with vendors internalteamsand service providers for technical support and system upgrades.
Ensure security protocols and standards are adhered to within the IT infrastructure.
Management of IT consumables within the ALCs ensuring the stock of IT equipment and consumables (ink cartridges USB cables...) using regular inventory of references and quantities in stock; Manages stock byanticipatingorders; Requests quotes from suppliers; Places and tracks internal orders. Collaborates with Purchasing to place orders with external suppliers.
IT Asset Management by performing preventative and corrective maintenance of IT equipment and technical devices such as to ensure that the right stock levels are maintainedto includeRF guns Keyboards PrintersComputersetc.
DocumentIT-related processes solutions and hardware/software configurations in a central repository.
Work within a global team ensuring around the clock support for the ALC teams with seamless handover and cover with other team members.
Train warehouse staff on the use of IT systems and best practices.

What you bring to the role:
Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field or equivalent experience
3 years of experience in IT support preferably in a warehousing or Advancelogisticsenvironment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with network infrastructure and maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
