Job Summary
Infosys is seeking an WFM Project Managerwith implementation experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the WFM from customers requirements. The selected candidate must be able to drive the ongoing implementation do the fi-gap analysis and provide solutions to the gaps along with being well versed on data extraction migration processes interface design and implementation life cycle of WFM.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Franklin TNRaleigh NC Indianapolis IN Phoenix AZ Richardson TX or Hartford CTor be willing to relocate to one of theseareas. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
7years of Information Technology experience.
Should be a subject matter expert with implementation experience in WFM
4 Years of experience in WFM implementations
Should be able to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
Experience in testing and deployment of custom solutions for Workforce Management modules
Experience in functional testing and coordinatingwith cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed
Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
Experience leading super user training and supporting other training related activities
Coordination experience with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes
Experience supporting data conversions for WFM data elements

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge on best practices followed in Workforce Management able to give solutions/suggestions to the client

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
