Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are interested in hearing from available corporate lawyers to potentially support our client a global financial technology institution.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in London that is expected to run until March 2026.
The consultant will advise on major corporate transactions and should come from a strong corporate law background ideally with international experience.
The client is particularly interested in candidates with:
- Fintech/payments sector experience
- In-house or secondment experience.
- ESOP/incentive experience.
- Real estate or IP experience.
Person specification:
- You are an UK US or common law qualified lawyer with 7 9 years of corporate law experience.
- You have experience advising on corporate transactions such as M&A equity and debt financing.
- You have excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are practical solutions-oriented and take a business-centric approach to risk.
- You have the ability to manage diverse workload and competing demands.
- You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
