Our Ballston Spa location is currently looking to immediately fill aCommercial Cleanerposition.

Our commercial cleaners are responsible for cleaning a large retail building corporate office and other buildings on the grounds after hours. The task includes the following but not limited to dusting the displays in multiple areas throughout the building bathrooms garbage removal mopping sweeping vacuuming waxing and stripping floors. Our cleaners work Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

General cleaning of the various buildings including:

Sweeping washing stripping and waxing floors
Emptying trash
Clean and vacuum carpets
Cleaning doors and windows
Dusting
Maintaining restrooms-daily
Emptying recyclables
Make recommendations for repair and improvements to buildings grounds and equipment
Determines appropriate cleaning materials supplies tools and equipment need to accomplish job
Generalcleaning of all other areas for which staff is responsible for
Ensure that Company property and equipment is properly handled and maintained
