Position Description:

Were looking for a Lead Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of PARs hardware this hybrid technical and leadership position youll guide the team while staying hands-on in design coding and problem-solving. Youll drive new product and feature development support sustaining engineering and integrate third-party solutions. Working in a SCRUM-based high-reliability environment youll champion formal development processes that ensure quality and repeatability. Youll also represent the team in planning and project meetings translating business goals into engineering outcomes and keeping projects on track through clear execution reporting and continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For:

Requirements:

8 years leading software development projects in technical and functional roles

Bachelors in computer science Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)

Experience taking software projects from concept to release

Strong background in embedded Linux development

Skilled in fast-paced SCRUM high-reliability environments

Expertise in Python C/C SQLite Linux FreeRTOS MQTT REST

Additional skills:

Digital Signal Processing (Audio)

Real-time audio streaming protocols

Cloud-native development (front and back end)

Image processing

Machine learning / natural language processing
