APAC Process Excellence Lead

You will lead a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving process excellence across the Asia Pacific region. You will lead process governance design and stewardship across any SAP S/4HANA stream (e.g. Order to Cash Procure to Pay Record to Report) ensuring understanding of global templates and business transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the regional process steward for SAP S/4HANA streams ensuring adherence to global templates and governance standards.

• Lead process mapping blueprinting and gap analysis across business functions.

• Collaborate with global and regional teams to design scalable efficient and compliant business processes.

• Lead regional projects and change programs related to SAP implementations process redesigns and business transformations.

• Develop change management strategies including stakeholder engagement training and communication.

• Support enterprise growth strategies including business model shifts such as omni-channel integration and eCommerce enablement.

• Be the process owner and advocate for best practices across business units.

• Develop Superusers and process champions in SAP and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Business IT Engineering or related fields.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business process management SAP implementations or digital transformation.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (superuser or implementation lead) across one or more streams.

• Experience with manufacturing supply chain or commercial operations in a multinational environment.

• Experience supporting omni-channel strategies and eCommerce integration preferred.

• Proficiency in analytics tools (PowerBI SAC)

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
