KRS has a customer portfolio that includes all major players in the Aerospace and Industrial industries. Our business is fully customer focusedwith products specifically designed for an engine/airframe application and then produced in small quantities and small lots on highly flexible equipment. We are looking for a Manufacturing Compliance Manager to join our team. The primary role of the Manufacturing Compliance Manager is to lead and oversee compliance initiatives across our production facilities. This role ensures that all manufacturing activities adhere to internal policies industry standards and regulatory requirementsprotecting product integrity operational efficiency and company reputation. Duties and responsibilities are (including but not limited to): - Develop implement and maintain compliance programs aligned with applicable regulations (e.g. NADCAP ISO9001 AS9100).
- Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external inspections; manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Engineering Operations Human Resources etc.) to integrate compliance into daily processes.
- Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and proactively update procedures and documentation.
- Lead training programs to educate staff on compliance policies ethical practices and regulatory changes.
- Investigate compliance breaches non-conformances and incidents; oversee root cause analysis and resolution.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
Job Requirements: - Due to the nature of the work US citizenship is required.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Management Regulatory Affairs or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing compliance regulatory affairs or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 9001 GMP OSHA REACH RoHS).
- Experience conducting audits and managing compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication leadership and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management systems and ERP platforms
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills: - Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Experience in aerospace industry.
- Ability to influence organizational culture and drive continuous improvement.
