Job Title:Elevator Modernization Sales Executive
Department:Modernization
Reports To:Senior Sales Modernization Business Manager
Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth by identifying developing and closing elevator modernization opportunities. The role focuses on converting existing equipment to upgraded systems that improve performance safety and aesthetics ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new modernization sales opportunities through existing customer base building owners consultants and property managers.
- Conduct site surveys and technical evaluations to determine modernization needs and suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals quotations and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering operations and service teams to ensure proposal accuracy and technical feasibility.
- Negotiate and close modernization contracts to meet assigned sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies to support business growth.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies quality standards and ethical practices.
- Support post-sale handover and coordinate with project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in engineering Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience (35 years) in sales of elevator escalator or building systems (modernization or service preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of elevator systems and modernization concepts.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2B sales especially in the elevator building services or construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with frequent site visits and customer meetings.
- Occasional travel for regional customer visits or training may be required.
