About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of LoopNets coworking vertical. This role will focus on enhancing the discoverability quality and engagement of coworking listings while also exploring direct partnerships with operators. You will work cross-functionally to deliver elegant data-powered experiences that help users find flexible workspaces and help operators market their inventory effectively.

This position is located in Arlington VA and in office Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Define and execute product strategy for coworking listings and search experience.
• Collaborate with coworking operators and internal stakeholders to improve listing workflows and data quality.
• Develop features that enhance search relevance personalization and lead generation.
• Drive product releases in a fast-paced Agile software development environment. This includes writing user stories (requirements) prioritizing releases maintaining a product roadmap and backlog and creating release notes.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive high-impact user experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.
• Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform roadmap decisions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited not-for-profit in person university or college.
• 5 years of product management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions.
• Experience in commercial real estate or coworking/flexible office space.
• Dedication to understanding user needs through research feedback and data analysis with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with -functional teams including engineering design marketing sales and customer support to drive product development and adoption.
• Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile-scrum development environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
