Job Description
Program Set up and Operate CNC Mills producing tooling and prototypes (Makino DMG Mori) 3 and 4 axis Horizontal/Vertical Mills.
Precision tight tolerance work.
Verify stock and the Tooling before putting in the machine.
Set Offsets with a touch probe Test indicator or Edge finder.
Check parts with Micrometers Telescoping gauges Calipers or Touch Probe.
Second shift starting a 4pm and ending at 2:30pm 10 hours.
Required Skills and Education
High School Diploma
Makino and Fanuc programming
