Job Summary

Deliver tailored treatments and interventions within your field of therapy to enhance the mental emotional physical and social well-being of clients. Work collaboratively with families carers and the multidisciplinary team (MDT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to referrals and conduct assessments to design effective therapy programmes.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions ensuring interventions align with client needs and therapy plans.
  • Manage a caseload within agreed timescales maintaining regular communication with clients and clinical teams.
  • Keep accurate up-to-date records including case notes reports and digital systems; share relevant information during MDT meetings.
  • Provide psychotherapeutic advice and guidance to colleagues and contribute to research and audit through data analysis.
  • Implement evidence-based methods and continuously evaluate and improve therapy techniques.
