Job Summary
Job Title: Social Worker - Childrens Safeguarding (Advanced Practitioner Level)
Location:Middlesbrough
Pay Rate: 34.46 per hour
Liquid Personnel is recruiting aChildrens Social Worker to join its clients Childrens Safeguarding (Advanced Practitioner Level)team based in Middlesbrough.
This full-time role involves managing complex safeguarding cases conducting assessments developing care plans and leading interventions to ensure child safety. You will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners contribute to court proceedings and maintain accurate case records in line with statutory requirements.
What will your responsibilities be
- Manage complex safeguarding cases involving children and families at risk.
- Undertake assessments develop care plans and lead interventions to ensure child safety and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective safeguarding responses.
- Contribute to court proceedings and provide high-quality written reports.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with statutory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings supervision and duty rota as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have.
- Qualified Social Worker with current registration.
- Substantial post-qualified experience in childrens safeguarding.
- Strong assessment planning and risk management skills.
- Confident in managing complex cases and working under pressure.
- Committed to delivering high-quality child-centred practice.
