As ourProduct Innovation Manageryoulllead the chargeonturning bold concepts into tangible impact. From idea to MVP prototype to pilotyoullown the full innovation lifecycle identifyingopportunitiesvalidatingcustomer needs and transforming data-driven insights into real-world solutions.
Youllcollaborate closely with product engineering data and design teams to bringnew ideasto life and define what the next generation of Rabot products looks like.
What Youll Do
- Leadend-to-end product innovation cycles from idea generation and validation to prototype development and pilot launches.
- Collaborate withengineering data and designteams to explorenew technologiesand bring ideas to market quickly.
- Usedata and experimentationto evaluate new concepts ensuring they meet customer needs and market potential.
- Establish and continuously refineinnovation processes frameworks and metrics to track impact.
- ManageMVP and pilot projects defining success criteria and translating learnings into scalable product opportunities.
- Partner with marketing and product teams toshape compelling product narrativesand go-to-market messaging.
- Stay ahead ofmarket trends emerging technologies and competitor activityidentifyingnew growth opportunities.
- Report directly to theChief Product Officer (CPO) helping to shape Rabots overall product innovation strategy.
What You Bring
Must-Have Experience
- Proven experience inproduct management or product innovation with a strong understanding of the full product lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability tolead discovery and delivery phases balancingspeedand rigor.
- Skilled atbuilding MVPs managing pilots and iterating quickly based on feedback and data.
- Stronganalytical mindset you use metrics research and experimentation to make decisions.
- Excellentcross-functional collaborationskills you bring together engineers designers and business stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in defining and trackingKPIs and success metricsfor new product initiatives.
- Fluency inGerman (C1)andEnglish (C1)for seamless collaboration across teams and partners.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background inenergy mobility or sustainability tech.
- Experience withinnovation frameworks( Startup Design Thinking).
- Familiarity withR&D prototyping tools or rapid experimentation environments.
