Job Summary

Job Summary:

Event Architect will be responsible for conceptualising designing and executing extraordinary event experiences. You will be instrumental in creating captivating environments that engage attendees and activations to promote the organisations brand products or services. This role requires a strong creative vision exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and captivating event concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities translate client requirements into tangible design ideas and create immersive experiences.
Plan execute and manage the end-to-end production process for creative projects ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Meet target set objectives by creating a comprehensive event and activation plan that outlines the strategies tactics and timeline to achieve the set objectives. This plan should include the creative concept logistics marketing strategies and engagement activities.
Allocate resources effectively including personnel equipment and materials to ensure smooth workflow and optimize production efficiency.
Design event layouts floor plans and architectural elements that optimise space utilisation and flow.
Devise innovative activation campaigns to engage and captivate the target audience.
Collaborate with internal teams including production lighting sound and multimedia to seamlessly integrate architectural and design elements into the overall event production.
Efficiently allocate resources including materials vendors and subcontractors to achieve the desired design outcomes within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project completion.
Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Stay current with industry trends technological advancements and best practices related to event architecture and spatial design. Apply technical knowledge to integrate cutting-edge technologies and design elements into events and activations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications safety regulations and the overall vision of the prpject.
Stay current with industry trends technological advancements and best practices related to event architecture and spatial design.
Apply technical knowledge to integrate cutting-edge technologies and design elements into events.
Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the event production process.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success and impact of events and activations collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders.
Responsible for using and maintaining the filing system of the company at all times and in line with existing policies.
Undertaking any necessary duties to ensure a first-class service is provided always.
Being an ambassador for the business always.

Qualifications Competency & Skills Required:

Proven experience as an Event Architect Event Designer or related role in the creative industry.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Experiential/Events Industry
Strong background in planning and executing creative events and activations preferably in the creative industry.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong creative vision with a passion for creating unique and memorable event experiences.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics functionality and quality.
Budgeting and financial management skills with the ability to develop and manage project budgets.
Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to work outside regular business hours including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
Proficient in event management software project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Competent Internet Email and Google applications user.
