As ourSenior Product Manager AIyoulldefine and deliver the vision for how AI is integrated across Rabots product ecosystem from predictive insights and automation tools to smart data-driven customer interactions.Youllcollaborate closely with Data Science Engineering and Product teams to turncutting-edgeAI ideas into tangible scalable solutions that drive real impact.

What Youll Do
- Define and ownthe AI product vision strategy and roadmap across Rabots ecosystem.
- Identify evaluate and prioritizehigh-impact AI use casesacross customer experience energy intelligence and internal operations.
- Drivediscovery and experimentation rapidlyprototypingandvalidatingnew AI initiatives.
- Collaborate withData Science and Engineeringto design build and deploy end-to-end AI-powered features.
- Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally withProduct Design and Operationsto ensure adoption and long-term impact of AI solutions.
- Develop and tracksuccess metricsfor AI initiatives including performance adoption ROI and automation outcomes.
- Championresponsible AI principles ensuring transparency privacy and ethical standards in every implementation.
What You Bring
Must-Have Experience
- 5 years ofproduct management experience including at least 2yearsbuilding or managing AI/ML or data-driven products.
- Strongtechnical fluencyin AI/ML fundamentals data pipelines modeling experimentation and inference.
- Proven ability totranslate analytical insightsinto customer value or business impact.
- Excellentstakeholder managementand communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic outcome-oriented mindset focused on delivering measurable value not just features.
- Fluency inEnglish (C1) and German (C1)for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Basedinor willing torelocateto Hamburg.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience inenergy mobility or smart infrastructuresectors.
- Background inautomation or conversational AI(chatbots recommendations NLP).
