Together we help companies make smarter decisions about their structure governance and talent driving clarity innovation and results.

You will work on cutting edge projects involving workforce planning HR operating models AI driven people analytics and more.
Your impact
Lead and manage HR evaluation and consulting projects
Contribute to projects in job evaluation and HR strategy
Develop HR strategies and target operating models for future ready organizations
Deliver national and international HR initiatives including process optimization efficiency assessments and upskilling reskilling concepts
Drive business development sales activities and expand the consulting team
Coach junior consultants and contribute to their career development
Act as a trusted advisor in organisation and HR consulting
Your skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR Management or equivalent
5 to 8 years in HR consulting with project management experience
Strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities
Familiarity with HR strategies policies and processes
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in German and English
