About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Stores and Supply Officer to join our busy Stores Department on a permanent full-time basis. This is a practical role so you will need to handle manual tasks safely and efficiently while keeping our hospital running smoothly.

What you will do:

  • Keep hospital departments stocked with the items they need when they need them.
  • Order receive and store stock safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain stock levels and follow hospital inventory policies.
  • Generate usage reports to help manage stock and support hospital operations.

If you are organised proactive and enjoy a hands-on role in a supportive team this is the role for you!

Your Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous supply/purchasing experience.
  • Experience using SAP/other computerised inventory control system.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft.
  • Hold a current QLD drivers licence and forklift licence.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in a hospital environment supply role.
  • Qualification in Purchasing or SAP.
