YOUR IMPACT:
- Touring prospective residents and helping them find the right home
- Following up with leads and maintaining accurate guest card data
- Assisting with applications move-in paperwork and lease agreements
- Supporting resident retention through renewals and excellent service
- Maintaining model units and the leasing office to TI Communities high standards
- Participating in marketing outreach and social media efforts
- Collaborating with your team to meet occupancy and leasing goals
- Building relationships with residents and representing TI Communities mission with pride
