The HSW Business Partner Vet Services is the strategic lead for health safety and wellbeing across Greencross veterinary close collaboration with the Veterinary Senior Leadership Team (Vet SLT) the role develops owns and drives the Vet Services HSW strategy embedding safety and wellbeing as a business-critical enabler of operational success workforce wellbeing and sustainable growth.
As a trusted advisor the role balances strategic influence and operational leadership coaching leaders and inspiring teams to strengthen our internal safety capability ensuring that HSW is seen as a source of value creation. Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualification in HSW or related field (essential).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- SIRA Return to Work Certificate (preferred).
- Mental Health First Aid Certificate (highly regarded).
