Located in Lakewood Colorado St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured 2023 we received our exciting Magnet designation! We are so proud of our staff for this achievement which is awarded to only 10 percent of hospitals around the world. Join our team as a Sterile Processing Technician. As a Sterile Processing Technician you will:
- Perform routine tasks relating to the decontamination processing sterilization and distribution of instruments equipment and sterile supplies.
- Responsible for general operating and monitoring of sterilization equipment.
- Maintain records in compliance with AAMI AORN Joint Commission and OSHA standards.
Schedule: Three consecutive day shifts 9:00am - 9:30pm
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Computer skills required
- CRCST or CSPDT certification required within 18 months
Physical Requirements -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
