Responsibilities
- The answering of callsfrom the outside to notify doctors transfer to patient room or transfer to another UPC.
- UtilizationofVocerafor communication of codes.
- Utilizationof computer with Window word Excel and Outlook for communication and everyday activities.
- Willing and ready toassistother team members with their duties as time permits orneedarises.
- Other duties as assigned (duties may be addeddeletedor changed at any time)
Qualifications
Education:
- High School graduate .
Experience:
- Knowledge of Excel Work and Outlook .
- Answering multiple line phones preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Valid drivers license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons .
