Job Summary
As a Solar Operations Manager you will oversee all aspects of solar project executionfrom planning and installation to customer support and system performance. You will lead dedicated solar professionals collaborate closely with customers and ensure smooth high-quality project delivery.
What Youll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of residential and commercial solar projects
Lead mentor and motivate solar installation and operations teams
Allocate labor materials and equipment efficiently
Ensure all projects meet quality safety and performance standards
Maintain strong customer relationships with clear communication and updates
Monitor and manage project budgets and financial performance
Ensure compliance with all solar permits licenses and regulatory requirements
Oversee ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems
Manage inventory levels procurement and material readiness
Keep accurate and detailed documentation reports and project files
Identify obstacles early and develop solutions to keep projects on track
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in engineering renewable energy or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in solar operations or similar industry leadership
Strong knowledge of solar systems installation processes and maintenance
Proven leadership ability and strong communication skills
Excellent organizational time-management and problem-solving abilities
Experience with project-management software and Microsoft Office
